India stood second in the case of HIV/AIDS disease. It is dreadful disease, which perishes the lives of young generation. This is causing mainly due to illegal sex, transmission of blood, usage of uncleanness knives, blades and needles.

To create awareness among people we conducted rallies at Chilakaluripet, Narasaraopet, Bapatla, Vinukonda and Repalli mandals of Guntur District on the eve of AIDS day on 1^st December 2010. We organized door to door campaign and distributed the pamphlets. We conducted meetings at Chilakaluripet, Narasaraopet, Bapatla, Vinukonda and Repalli mandals inviting prominent doctors. They explained HIV/AIDS and preventive methods. Further we distributed condoms to lorry workers, drivers, and sex workers on free cost. We conducted five exhibition stalls on HIV/AIDS /STI.
